Rolls of omelette and smoked salmon

Hi Guys

Welcome back to my third post where I am going to show you how to make rolls of omelette and smoked salmon. This dish is ideal for a snack, or as an appetizer when having an aperitif , and the procedures are pretty straightforward. I decided to include another "main" ingredient, in this case smoked salmon, to show how good eggs are even when combined with other foods.

The final product will look sophisticated enough to impress your guests and for you to learn the recipe by heart!
