Welcome to the forth post! Unlike the previous recipe I am going to make this one a vegetarian one. This meal can be consumed at dinner time as it is quite light and will make you wake the up the next morning feeling light and fresh.  The recipe was introduced to me by a close friend, and I have personally really enjoyed it. Hi Guys Welcome back to my third post where I am going to show you how to make rolls of omelette and smoked salmon. This dish is ideal for a snack, or as an appetizer when having an aperitif , and the procedures are pretty straightforward. I decided to include another "main" ingredient, in this case smoked salmon, to show how good eggs are even when combined with other foods.  The final product will look sophisticated enough to impress your guests and for you to learn the recipe by heart! Welcome back  This is my second post where I will show how to make poached eggs. There are different methods that can be used to make them, however i will show the one i personally use and I find easier. Ideally this egg should have a gooey but still runny yolk and a firm white. By following each step you will be able to achieve this pretty easily and master the technique. Hey everyone This is my first blog post, for my chosen topic I have decided to show different ways in which we can turn an egg (or more) into a meal.  As we all know, eggs are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet as they are rich in protein, in addition to this, they are also relatively cheap and affordable. This makes it an ideal option for students as all the recipes that I am going to show are both healthy and not time consuming at all!
