Leek and zucchini omelette

Welcome to the forth post! Unlike the previous recipe I am going to make this one a vegetarian one. This meal can be consumed at dinner time as it is quite light and will make you wake the up the next morning feeling light and fresh.  The recipe was introduced to me by a close friend, and I have personally really enjoyed it. Follow each step to get yourself a really tasty omelette. Hi Guys Welcome back to my third post where I am going to show you how to make rolls of omelette and smoked salmon. This dish is ideal for a snack, or as an appetizer when having an aperitif , and the procedures are pretty straightforward. I decided to include another "main" ingredient, in this case smoked salmon, to show how good eggs are even when combined with other foods.  The final product will look sophisticated enough to impress your guests and for you to learn the recipe by heart!
