Leek and zucchini omelette
Welcome to the forth post! Unlike the previous recipe I am going to make this one a vegetarian one. This meal can be consumed at dinner time as it is quite light and will make you wake the up the next morning feeling light and fresh. The recipe was introduced to me by a close friend, and I have personally really enjoyed it. Follow each step to get yourself a really tasty omelette.
