Welcome back  This is my second post where I will show how to make poached eggs. There are different methods that can be used to make them, however i will show the one i personally use and I find easier. Ideally this egg should have a gooey but still runny yolk and a firm white. By following each step you will be able to achieve this pretty easily and master the technique. Prep time Cook Time Total time 5min 5min 10min Ingredients:   One egg  A slice of bread  A pinch of salt and pepper Cling film A pinch of parmesan  Directions  1. Boil the water in a saucepan 2. Take the cling film, cut a piece of it and put it in a small bowl 3. Open the egg and pour it over the cling film 4. Wrap the egg  with the plastic wrap forming a small bag and tie a knot so that the egg cannot come out 5. When boiling, put the plastic bag with the egg inside in the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes 6. After 5 minutes, remove the bag
